Drilling for the Tie-in Connecting Reinforcing Bars at the Existing House Foundation.

Tie-in connecting reinforcing bars were specified by the Structural Engineer.  These connect the new concrete slab with the existing house foundation.  In

the photograph below, a worker is drilling into the existing house foundation for the tie-in connecting reinforcing bars.
